I can't say the Clippers are a sophisticated coherent unit yet, but they played more team ball than last year when I saw them against the 76ers. Olo had a fine game, when he last played the 76ers he just looked like an overpaid, disinterested jock. Magette seemed to be getting the team idea better as well. He can really run.
Miller hit a nice leaner at the end, but you still don't have that end of game go to player. It's not Odom, but Magette could get there.
Piatkowski had a great shooting game, unless he always shoots lie that, but he must be the slowest two guard in the league. Richardson was hurt, so I can't pass judgement, but he or someone else needs to work that position. Dooling is well placed now.
You have some real talent there, but they have to continue to mature, play like a team, and find their star at the end.
Gentry is a Brown disciple. Brown preaches: The defense has to always work. Then on days your offense works, you win. On days you offense doesn't work, you can still win. Effort and mental discipline is the key to the Clippers.
