You know what? I tried to make a list, and then I noticed the centers in this league are so weak, that I can understand why some might have Dalembert in the top ten. I could list eight guys I could say were definitely better, but not much more than that. So I think my statement needs a little tweaking.
The athleticism is there, no problem for the guy, he just needs a ton of work. If he could have the same kind of progress in his game from this year to next as he did from his prior seasons to this one, he'd have a good shot at being an All-Star. Of course he'd have to beat out Illgauskas, with Ben Wallace getting the start despite not being a center.
