I still am relatively clueless as to how a man can be looked so down upon for making the most logical decision. He's going to a better team (in my opinion) for an extra $28 million. It's not like he went to Atlanta for an extra half million a season. I know the honor of a person's word shouldn't be broken and all that, but I'd consider this to be an extreme circumstance. I admit to being more of a bottom line type of guy than an honor and virtue one, so maybe that's why my opinion is shifted in that direction.
As for the article, it's a bit dramatic. "And fans … well, I would not blame fans for being a little less enthusiastic about the NBA next year because of this." Come on, that's a little out there in my opinion. Honestly, I think this whole thing blows over, and no one but Cavs fans even really remember it past this next season.
