You never let a 1st overall pick walk because that can only come back to haunt you. As long as he isn't asking for a huge amount of money I see no reason why he shouldn't be resigned. There aren't to many other teams that would be talking a risk on him as of right now because he hasn't preformed like a lot of other #1 picks.
