Not even looking at the demand issue.
I think Arenas is better and I may only be saying this because I'm a Wizards fan. From a talent standpoint they are close really close. I think mentality wise is where the divide is. Crawford is one of those agenda guys. He seems more of a guy worrying about pt and his status on the team than how his play effects the win/loss column.
Seems like the Bulls have always looked to move Crawford, they got jay Williams in , they got Hinrich ,this past draft they get Gordon. Seems like they've always looked move Crawford so there's something there from a mental standpoint that they aren't satisfied with.
Thats why I think more teams aren't interested. He seems like the wrong player to make the big investment in. He'll dominate the ball and he has no leadership skills whatsoever.
Arenas on the other hand was pretty much beloved by the management people in GSW and they hated losing him.
He always plays intense sometimes misguided but intense and he seems to be one of thos players who plays the scoreboard.
I saw the kid this past season dive on the floor for lose balls in a game they were down 25 pts in the 4th quarter. I think people feel like with guidance Arenas has leadership potential because he has a willingness to figure it out. I don't think many personnel people think Crawford is that willing a player.
