I think Kwame is clearly worth the money and under no scenario would I get rid of Kwame.
I think alchemist is waay off base. Kwame wasn't lost last season he played consistently for about a month in a half when the team had a somewhat consistent line-up. But once Arenas and Hughes both came back his production dipped with the scoring because they were jacking up shots.
I think Kwame could very easily be some other teams go to scorer and a guy who gets 20 and 10. He can score on the low block quite easily and he draws a ton of fouls once he wheels in towards the hoop.
His quickness put alot of teams at a disadvantage. He's 7ft and plays outstanding man to man defense. (Something MJ taught him) and he's very strong.
I think Kwame realized some of his potential last season and is now ready to bust out. The team needs to just give him the ball.
He produces when given the opportunity. He also showed real leadership skills last season when he spoke up about the way Arenas was gunning last season and not bringing the ball inside, a fact the coach agreed with.
I look for Kwame to have a good season not great because we have a ton of scorers but he'll get 15 and 10 and command big dollars on the open market.
I think he'll have a JO like ascension in the next couple of years.
