I disagree. Walker is still an all-star in the east. It's only been a year since he was an all-star. It's not like his skills deteriorated in Dallas, he just wasn't the 1st and 2nd option like he was when he was in boston.
And Dallas will be a playoff team as long as they have Dirk, imo. Surround Dirk with solid role players(if you can call Finley, Stackhouse, Terry role players) and they're a playoff team.

It is better. Overall, this team has better ball handling and better shooting. Plus, if Dampier signs, he gives the Hawks a bigger and stronger presence in the post than Theo Ratliff. Walker and Abdur-Rahim is a push, IMO. Walker is more athletic, a better ball handler, and a better passer. Abdur-Rahim is a better low post scorer but is a terrible ball handler.
