Melo did have a better team, it's pretty clear in my eyes. Everyone in Denver had their place set in stone before the season started. LeBron was shifting back and forth between positions, he had to deal with Ricky Davis, etc.
In my opinion, LeBron and Melo should have gotten Co-ROY. They both had great seasons and helped their teams quite a bit. Denver however wasn't on a roller coaster ride during the season like Cleveland was.

How can it be a FACT that Darko isn't a bust? Right now, it's an opinion, and I feel that Darko is a bust right now. .262 FG%, .583 FT%, doesn't show much potential there. He should at least try to play when he's out there instead of bricking most of his jumpers and missing free throws.
Yes, I feel it should've been co ROY, Melo was clutch at the end of the season to get his team into the playoffs, by beating Portland and ending their consecutive years of playoff apperances. Same with beating the Jazz. Lebron couldn't even make the playoffs in the East, but he did improve the team. I still don't think it was fair voting, just because of that one game that Carmelo decide he didn't want to go back into.
