Stephon Marbury: 8.9 APG
Jason Williams: 6.8 APG

Steve Francis: 6.2 APG
Tony Parker: 5.5 APG

So I guess Stephon is a purer PG than J-Will, and Francis is a purer PG than Parker.

Is it possible that maybe Livingston didn't dominate the ball so much that he had to pick up a point or an assist on every possession? Maybe he ran the offense the way it needed to be run, and did scored within the offense?

Or maybe his team just blew everyone out in the first three quarters, and he rarely played a fourth quarter all year. I don't know, but what you said is the worst argument on this thread.

Also, it seems to me that Telfair shot with 2 hands when he got further out. He used his off-hand to push the ball with his shooting hand.

Not only that, but I guarentee neither of their shooting percentages matter, since both of them probably took more layups off fast breaks and penetration than anything.
Telfair didn't shoot with 2 hands, he has a fundamental stroke, I've never seen him shoot 2 handed. Is it possible that Livingston didn't dominate the ball so much? Maybe, since I've rarely seen him play. Right now, I'm basing things on stats because I've rarely seen him play. He didn't even average over 20 PPG so I don't see how he can be a dominant scorer either. IMO, pure PG's should average a good amount of assists, I haven't seen enough of Jason Williams to say if he is a pure PG or not.
