Will the Jazz match Williams' offer?
Last year's third-string point guard has an offer from Milwaukee for three years, $5.5 million

Or does O'Connor figure that spending an average of $1.83 million over the next three seasons on Williams is too much, given the Jazz's recent four-year, $16 million commitment to Arroyo and Lopez' season-long health last year?
