By the way, you did not "lay out a trade scenario," you almost guaranteed something happening after it was announced on one website, with no direct qutoes, no commetns from newspapers or any of the major news companies. I only laid out a reasonable scenario, and even had a disclaimer on my original post saying such.

There are many scenarios which would have worked, but no doubt that the bottom line would be kittles for artest are the key players in the trade, the rest would be throw ins...wouldnt be that hard for it to happen salary cap wise.
Back to tonights game, Magette showed tonight what he could do if he DID have a consistent shot. Thats the problem. He doesnt have one. tonight was just luck. The next game he might miss most of them. I really would like to see him work on his shot in practice....be one of those guys who shoots 400 jumpers a day after practice. if he did, he COULD become a superstar. He is the best at his position at driving and getting to the line, the thing he is lacking is a consistent jump shot. If he got one, then tonight's performance would be normal for him...hed be averaging 27+ points a game.
Simmons started slow then lit it up. Good to see him hopefully out of his slump.
