Walker Keeps Fighting

Knee Still Painful for Antoine

Quote:
MILWAUKEE -- Not one to complain, Antoine Walker (17 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists) continues to play with his left knee at less than 100 percent. That was painfully obvious several times during the game as Celtics team masseuse Vladimir Schulman rubbed down the knee to loosen it up. Still, Walker played without a protective rubber sleeve on his bruised knee for the second night in a row, but admitted he doesn't have full range of motion in the joint. He cannot bend his left leg all the way back. The power forward is also working to regain his timing after missing three games with the injury.

``I want to get my timing back and play basketball the way I'm capable of playing,'' said Walker. ``Any time you get hurt, it's always a setback to a certain degree. The good thing is I was able to come back fast and have some games left to perform in and produce. I'm looking at these games as a chance for me to get ready and also, in the process, build team confidence.
