I should say:

Resign everyone!
Build the team around JR, and Magliore
Get Marvin Williams, and if we cant, get Chris Paul/Felton
Try to sign free agents (Options could be Krilenko, Abdur-Rahim, Ray Allen, Sprewell.All of this if they dont resign with their teams, but I think they will not)
If we get Chris Paul, i would trade Claxton, Dickau, for a little better PG
