Since JR usually doesn't get involved, I would say that in the rare instances he does, it's becuase things were going nowhere without him. Those things were already close to getting "confrontational and ugly", or the situations would have been settled by the player or coach and the GM.

Yeah, what's with that? Had they never heard of JR before Skiles signed here? How stupid could they be to not know JR's reputation?
