Felton will fall to 13 in my eyes, just looking at most mocks right now. I really see him as a stretch to be the 5th pick, I would much rather take Jack at 13 then Felton at 5 if I had to get a PG. I think Green will be the pick at 5 and Felton at 13 but in a perfect world, I would say Paul at 5 and May at 13 if they both drop.
