Number of reasons. Any marketing deal they get would be worth a lot more in Los Angeles. 2. They would be THE superstar with the clippers, not play second fiddle to lebron. 3. Better supporting cast as a whole. 4. More stable coaching/front office/even ownership. Heck the craziness with the cavs organization last year had people saying that james might want out when his contract is up.

Dont get me wrong, cavs have some strong points to going for them. But at the same time, it would not be good to overlook the things the clippers have going for them in this situation.
