I get a little queezy when I think of Denver resigning Buckner. He already got a decent contract when he left Dallas and went to Phili. The guy stinks. I mean his offense is okay, but he's a bench player. He has no upside and his defensive prowness of way overrated.
Johnson is an intriguing player. His upside makes him appealing, but can Denver wait on his 'potential'? I seem to think he's worth the wait, but who knows w/ Kiki.
Kiki looks to be toying w/ free agents. Jaric still has not scheduled a visit for pete's sake. Now Minnesota and Cleveland are in the mix w/ more $. So I think Jaric is out of the picture and that's disappointing. He would have worked nice if he's over his injury bugs.
I'd still like to get more details (contract money) that Flip Murray wants. Any ideas? He seems more promising than Buckner.
I just can't stand Buckner. I don't see what Kiki sees in him at all...
