We get Jackson (the point of this thread) and a defensive wing in Newble. The Warriors get EWill, a good player to have off the bench, and A-Train. The Cavs get a PG who can shoot in Fisher.
Nice job with the pics, but the Warriors will not do this deal. Fisher is much more valuable than Williams and Williams, as he is their only backup point (and plays well off-ball too). Did you see who the Warriors drafted the past two years? They're not about to trade for Aaron Williams after drafting Biedrins and Diogu, while already having Foyle, Murphy, and Zarko (Taft probably is NBDL).
