Yeah you are probably right. I'm just holding my breath the Nuggets can make a move that will help take this Nuggets team to the next level.
I also agree that Carmelo needs to step up, and I really think he will this up coming season. All the signs point in the right direction at the end of last season for Carmelo.
The guy was getting in the best shape of the season and looked very strong on the court, even when he was taking the ball to the rim against Duncan, and Mohammed against the Spurs when he was being blocked and pushed out of his comfort zone driving to the basket. I really think that series had a big impact on Carmelo. His game improved through out the series and he never gave up.
He just looked really sharp out there like he was in store for big things. Did anyone else see these flashes out of Carmelo when the Nuggets played the Spurs in the 1st round ?
