Lot of folks will tell you they knew he was goin' to be an NBA stud NOW, but how many of 'em would you really trust and/or believe - 'cause, yes, I knew about him, but I wouldn't have pegged him to be the force that he is right now...

Look @ this scenario then: Dwayne 'Pearl' Washington versus Mark Price -> the NYC-bred Pearl got more press, especially b/c of the Syracuse spotlight than the Georgia Tech ramblin' wreck-based Price (under Bobby Cremins) durin' their college careers, but Price panned out to be the better pro (although it wasn't a phenomenal run, it was still better than the much more ballyhooed Washington)...
