"The Golden State Warriors have waived center Deji Akindele, forward Justin Davis and guard Ray Young, it was announced today by Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Mullin. Akindele appeared in two preseason games, averaging 2.0 points in 3.5 minutes. Davis appeared in five preseason contests, averaging 3.0 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.40 steals in 8.5 minutes per game. Young appeared in four games, averaging 4.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 10.5 minutes. The Warriors roster currently includes 14 players."
