I agree chris, if you going to insert Ariza in the starting lineup you can for defensive purposes just as long as we win. Lee is a better player and the fact that Ariza played only 1 year of college ball is showing right now. Ariza isn't that talented and that's a sad statement because I had so much expectations from him. He just needs to work hard in practice and in the off-season to play catch up. I wouldn't bury Ariza on the bench completely, but I would give him defensive assignments on tough opponents. Woods isn't that bad either and he actually played defense against the Wizards last night, which is foreign to him from what I heard on the Blazers forum.
