Three new scouts, no doubt the scouting team Colangelo has hired. I've never heard of any of them.

D’Amico, Hedric and Siegfried Added to Raptors Scouting Staff
(February 27, 2006) -- The Toronto Raptors announced Monday they have named Rudy D’Amico, Darrell Hedric and Larry Siegfried to the scouting staff.
D’Amico comes to the Raptors organization after 11 seasons as the European Scout for the Cleveland Cavaliers. A veteran with over 30 years coaching and scouting experience, he has coached teams throughout Europe and the Middle East, including a European Cup Championship with Maccabi Tel Aviv in 1981. D’Amico will be based out of Italy and will be responsible for a scouting territory that spans across Europe.
Hedric joins the Raptors after 19 seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, eight of them as head scout. Prior to that, he served as the head coach at his alma mater, Miami University (Ohio) from 1970-84, where he amassed a 216-157 record (.581 winning percentage). His 216 wins are the most in school history and the third most in Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) history.
Siegfried, a nine-year NBA veteran (1963-72), averaged 10.8 points in 550 games with Boston, San Diego, Houston and Atlanta. Following his NBA career, he served as an assistant coach at Ohio State and later the Houston Rockets. He has also run numerous skills and leadership clinics and camps over the past three decades.

Nice to hear that our new GM and scouting staff will all be in place 3. 5 months before the draft, giving ample opportunity to get the right guys.
