I know you guys see AK-47 as the future, but with Williams, Fizer, and Chicago's first rounder, this gives Utah a lot to look forward to. Before his injury, Fizer was becoming quite a force. In a way, the Williams/Fizer combo could be a poor man's Stockton/Malone.

With the pick and lot of money under the cap, Utah could go in any number of directions and put together a very nice team much quicker than the Bulls were able to.
When is Fizer expected back? By the time we can sign and trade Jackson we will have or will be using the cap space and would he want to come to Chicago. My understanding is that the reason Denver waived him and he signed with the Jazz was for him to be on a playoff team. Will you compete for the playoffs next year?Would a poor man's Stockton/ Malone get us 47 wins next year or make us a better team in several years? I don't think we would give up both Ostertag and AK-47 unless we get proven starters in return. I also doubt we are willing to take on Robinson's salary, Bagaric and Hassell. None of those guys contributed last year did they?
