This is just further evidence that Paul Allen is either going to sell the team or try and move it to another city. Paul Allen doesn't want to keep on losing money. The only way the Blazers will stay in Portland is if the city got chip in but they can'y because Tom Potter has made it clear education is more important then the Blazers.
