Blake had 2 assists last night. Telfair had 4 in fewer minutes and Miles had 4. Webster had 3. Telfair would have easily had 8 or more if guys had finished when he set them up. Between our "pass first" and "shoot first" point guards last night, it was Telfair who was constantly looking to set up his teammates, and driving or shooting only when a better shot for a teammate wasn't available.
And I agree, both guards would have better assist numbers if they played with better players.
