How are the Cavs after Hughes went down that much better in terms of talent then the Lakers?

With Hughes you have a case but w/o him, only Z is a Cavalier other then Lebron that would start for the Lakers. Conversely, Odom, Parker, Mihm (at PF) would all start on the Cavs. The Cavs starters include the worst starting PG in the league in Eric Snow and a backcourt that has featured starters such as Sasha Pavlovic and Ira Newble. I know Mihm has been out for the Lakers but AV was out for the Cavs for the 1st part of the season as well. Pretty equivalent terms of talent IMO: and it shows in there record both wildly inconsistent able to beat any give team but also able to lose to any lousy team
