1. Stats were better then last season
2. He Lost 2 starting players in the Off Season
3. He Lost his post up presence man in Amare
4. The West Coast is alot harder the the Eastern Confernce
5. He managed 50+ wins
6. He generates the chemistry in that offense
7. 5 of his teammates are scoring in double Digits, two others with 9.5.
