I think a safe bet is saying Marcus Williams, especially if he's on a team that doesn't have a very reliable shooter beside him, or a big inside threat.

Nobody is great in the NBA without working hard. Except Maybe Carter and Shaq, although I think it might be arguable for Shaq, but Jordan was among one of the hardest working players in the NBA, every offseason he would work on something weak in his game, I actually wonder how many players has Jordanesque work ethics. Both Lebron and Wade work like crazy, I think Wade prolly works harder than Lebron, this guy studies tape more than anybody I think. Kobe is a monster worker too.
