Problem I see is that the vets on the Knicks are terrible role models for Frye, Lee and Robinson. Also keep in mind that the Knicks are loaded versus most other teams in the VSL. Anyway I'm going out there tomorrow and will see the Knicks a couple of times. I saw them last year and was very impressed with Lee and Robinson but Channing was weak. However Channing really picked it up during the season last year. Right now he is the only player I wouldn't trade on the Knicks.

Isiah's playing it smart right now attempting to rebuild the confidence that Brown may have shattered with our young players. You win with positive attitudes and exuberance for the game which Isiah is trying to reinforce now in hopes of preparing them for the season. Isiah had no problem holding his players accountable with the Pacers. Last time I checked, Ron Artest didn't really become the "I'm taking time off to promote my music label" player that he became after Isiah left. I also never heard guys like JO pointing fingers elsewhere when they did lose. In fact, he defended Isiah when he was removed as Head Coach because the team's shortcomings he felt was of the players doing. Sounds to me as though Isiah is just a guy that is tough but has the love to win his players over to play hard for him...something we haven't had here for a long time.
