I like what Colangelo has done this summer. He's going to be underrated for it.

In essence we dealt redundant pieces and got a starting point guard and a starting centre. Potentially the best players at those positions for our franchise since Stoudamire and Camby.

The cap space has been used to make those deals, along with adding bench depth, and potentially another starter.

He didn't spend for the sake of spending but at the same time he didn't set the world on fire with under the radar moves.

I'm not in love with what he's done this summer but giving someone like Peja a $60M contract wouldn't have been a solution to our problems, either. He's been aggressive and thrifty at the same time with is an odd combination.
