I'm gonna have to disagree. Some of the Blazers best runs have come with Sheed at the 5 and Zach at the 4. Defensively it's good because it keeps Sheed near the basket, where he's most needed on that end of the floor. What do you mean when you say it limits his game? He could still roam free on the offensive end with Zach as the main post guy. So I don't see where the limiting comes into play.

Not if it's a short rotation. The way I figure it, if our starters play about 35 minutes and McInnis only plays 13 backing up Gary that gives DA and Dale about 30 apiece. If you really wanna go nuts maybe DA would be ok at the point in limited minutes and he'd have all the PT he wanted.

Once again you have confounded me. How is Tim Thomas hanging out on the perimeter trying to get open for a jump shot a bad thing? That's what he does best. That's why they call him a jump shooter. He's also got pretty good handles, so if said jump shot is not as open as previously thought he can take the ball and do something with it.
