I think AMmo has less potential because:
He is small for a SF, but probably significantly too slow to guard SGs
He is a weak rebounder
He is a mediocre passer
He is a mediocre (at best) defender
He is a very good scorer, with a strong "winning" attitude. I haven't seen much else from him up to this point.
I think the consensus is that his cieling is lower than Aldridge's because athletically, he is average to below average for an NBA player. In addition to the question of his athleticism, there is a possibility that his Diabetes will affect him as he ages. He is certainly a more proven player than Aldridge at the college level. But the NCAA is a different game than the NBA. Aldridge's skills/size should make him a more effective NBA player, IMO.
I still think Adam will be somewhere between a Glenn Robinson and a Wally Szczerbiak type in the league. I will be surprised if he has a "long" pro career, due to his health issues.
