I voted keep him, but I have two caveats:
-- if he needs microfracture surgery, he should get it. An unhealthy Miles is worthless.
-- if he comes back and is healthy, we treat him like any other player: make him earn minutes and a spot in the rotation, and if the right trade offer comes along, take it.
