Nice overview, but I have to disagree with the argument that his best games came against up-tempo teams. Miami doesn't play at a high pace and Dallas has become one of the slow-pace teams with Avery Johnson.

Of course most important for his development is getting enough playing time and that wasn't always the case. I know that Fratello is not very high on rookies in general but he needs to increase Rudy's minutes, it's not his fault that the Grizz are losing. You can only mature as a player if you are on the court and the sooner he gets more confidence the better is it long-term wise.
