I've always hated this idea.
Pau Gasol is a Top 5 power forward and a Top 3 center. Who's in this draft that's going to
that good at his position
or as versatile? One guy?
And after that, you're trading Pau Gasol for a
percentage chance at getting that guy. You 100 percent have Pau Gasol
now, and his contract is more than reasonable.
He's the one that needs to stay. Just complement him.
