He has averaged 11.6 minutes, 2.6 points and 3.3 rebounds over five NBA seasons. He was signed by the Sacramento Kings on Aug. 15, 2006, but was waived before the season began.
Woods is expected to be in uniform when the Toros visit Colorado on Tuesday. He will wear jersey #32.
