I don't think Kidd is as bad as a shooter as everyone says he is.
He makes a lot of 3's. He shoots a good percentage. .360 is not bad. His only problem IMO is that he's streaky.
His free throws are better than Smush's at least...
Anyways, hes a good defender, which we really, really need. He's a big guard, which Jackson likes. And he could get us a lot of easy points on the break.
What no one has mentioned is his ability to post up smaller point guards. The triangle is really effective if everybody on the floor is a post up threat.
