Raptors' Jones waits for another shot

Toronto — Fred Jones managed to find some time for business while pleasure seeking in Las Vegas for the National Basketball Association's All-Star weekend.
The Toronto Raptors guard met with his agent, Bill Duffy, on Sunday morning at a brunch the powerful agent hosted at a restaurant at The Palms.
Among the topics was his immediate future in Toronto as the NBA's trade deadline — set for 3 pm. EST Thursday — draws nearer.
Duffy and Raptors president Bryan Colangelo have had talks in the past month about Jones's situation with the Raptors, where he signed a free agent deal in the off-season but has seen his playing time dip sharply as Jones has struggled to find minutes playing behind Anthony Parker and Morris Peterson.
