well, i don't know what you would call it- "contract" or not- but that's just nomenclature. they appear to be preserving a relationship built on certain guidelines, hence the fines and penalties and whatnot. i don't know why someone would argue that point, especially when the support appears to only contradict the argument. maybe i just don't understand what you're saying. maybe you're not even replying to me. not sure.
