Of course AD belongs in the Basketball Hall of Fame

The question is less of whether Adrian Dantley should be in the Basketball Hall of Fame but the logic of the people who make the decisions on who is inducted. There seems to be no set criteria for induction (and the process itself is byzantine, to say the least) so the question is what has Dantley done NOT to be inducted.

Keep in mind that the Basketball Hall of Fame also takes into consideration a collegiate career, which makes Dantley's omission even more confusing. In addition to being one of the best players in NBA history, AD also would be considered one of the best collegiate players ever. AD also was the leading scorer on the 1976 Olympic team, so he's got the international aspect covered.
