Hibbert's definitley so far advanced this year compared to before, that it's pretty astonishing. His offensive moves and fluidity have improved immensley. He used to be so akward and goofy, it was like he was still growing into his own body. At 7-2, 280, he has immense size that you just cannot teach. Now that he's comfortable with himself, he has beastly potential.

That said, I question his ability to get in position consistently when it comes to rebounding. I think he can still really stand to improve his quickness and anticipation.

In the NBA, I doubt he'll be a guy you can lean on for more than a few consecutive games. I think he'll be an excellent role player, but something about his game screams to me that he's not a go-to guy. I think this guy maxes out at 15 ppg, 8 rpg, 2 bpg, on a consistently efficient FG percentage. Good, solid numbers.
