The team needs to get another backup point guard. Sign somebody, pay for a second round pick whatever it takes.
Kidd is still the heart and soul of the team.
Next year they'll have Nenad back that'll help a lot.
Re-sign Mikki Moore.
Keep RJ and the bench together.
