lol, i just checked databasebasketball.com and seems like you are really confused about what PER is.
The numbers you posted are EFF numbers, it uses a pretty basic formula to get their results.
((pts + reb + stls + asts + blk) - ((fga - fgm) + (fta - ftm) + to))/g
They just add all the raw numbers and substract a couple of things, PER is far more advanced since it also takes in consideration minutes played, league pace, team pace, adjusted stats, etc.
PER gives more information about what a player produces, and once again, PER gives the advantage to duncan.
