I look at the roster as it is and think it will be pretty good .

Curry supposedly will have a 15 fter. and a midrange game , which I'm not really counting on , but i do believe he will be a better rebounder and a better defender. 18 points on 60% fg is pretty much what i'm thinking he'll get.

Randolph in a new city and a year more mature i expect to be on his best behavior , I worry more about his on court behavoir more , he's not used to sharing his touches in the post and while he does have the ability to pass well , is not at all a willing passer...that said I expect at the least for him to be a more efficient post scorer with less defensive pressure on him because the center is not Joel pryzbilla , but actually one of the better offensive centers in the whole league...he may actually wind up being the best 4 in the whole conference.

Qrich I am going on hope that his back woes are done or at least going to be better at least for 60 games or so , if he can be reasonably healthy for that long the small forward spot will be in great hands until either wilson chandler is ready or until Balkman develops a jumpshot.

Crawford hopefully gets some real competition for his minutes so he has to play defense, he doesn't really need to score anymore just make shots when open and create something when plays break down .

Marbury hopefully continues his progress as a team player as long as he does that i dont really care about his #s, I'm judging him soley upon team chemistry.

as for the bench Lee , Balkman, Morris jeffries and Collins should comprise the best bench in the league...all can play multiple positions and against other bench players are all good defenders and in collins and balkman they are potential stoppers.

with Malik , chandler , james, robinson , dickau, jones nichols basically being trade fodder , i suspect dickau jones and an MLE level player (rose, james or jeffries) will be dealt for a big salaried player who can help off the bench , if not then i think dickau will be cut and nichols will be sent to europe.

in the end i think this is a 50 win squad next season, and i think they are the type of team that does well in the playoffs with their low post based offense and abundance of defensive minded role players.
