Aw, come on. Do the math. 1 game out of usually 11-13 games a year for 20-25-30 yrs. Must be about 300 home games vs about 30-40 road games. Won't hardly ever venture (unless it's one TV game/yr) to someone else on-campus court. That's Boeheim, & Calhoun while you're at it. The formula has been in place for years.
The pros at least evoke some creditability in scheduling.
Don't you want to build some thick skin for conference play and beyond.
