AsR = Assists per 100 possessions
ToR = Turnovers per 100 possessions
Usg-R = Possessions per 40 minutes

Knowing that, a quick and dirty method of points per 100 would be

(Pts_P40 / Usg-R)* 100

If you are looking for Dean Oliver's "ORtg", that involves PProd (points produced), amongst other things. I am pretty sure Basketball-Reference will still include that on individual player pages when they switch to in-season updates.

If you are looking for Oliver's Basketball On Paper stuff, though, right now there is someone doing that themselves HERE
