1982-83 Sonics Won 12 Straight and had a 8 game losing streak. They finished 48-34 and had the 4th seed, but lost in the first round of the playoffs.

Your winner is the 1977-78 New Orleans Jazz

They won 10 in a row, but also lost 8 in a row. They actually had one of the streakiest(word?) seasons ever. Check the link. They finished the season 39-43 and missed the playoffs.

Here are some interesting seasons to look at

1997-98 Atlanta Hawks

1992-93 Houston Rockets

1969-70 Denver Rockets

Wow very impresive. Thanks. So I guess this is almost a playoff game today. Win today and they would have to make history to not make the playoffs. I'm calling it now we are making the playoffs win or lose.

Seriously I know that was a tough not to crack.
