Jefferson is a beast. His footwork is amazing, he's an amazing offensive rebounder. His defense has been what I expected...Average at best. But McHale can work with him at that, and his passing. He needs to have a reliable scoring option with him so he won't face all the double/triple teams and his passing will look better, or just needs to get used to facing the double team, idk how much he saw that in boston since they had Pierce there with him.
