Thats not the point about his assists. He only passes when he thinks he will get the assist. Plus, he is too slow and doesn't play the tempo we wanna play, he tries to gt us to play the tempo of, say, the Spurs and that is not the type of team we are, let alone the style Jim wants to play. His defense is worse than Dieners also. And the only position that I look at on plus minus is the point guard, because it shows how the team plays when they are running it.
